Having been involved in development activities for 26 years our principals are heavily involved in this arena. We have a wide range of materials which we develop and adapt to support
specific client needs. This programme has moved through the basic aspects of team working to include problem solving, modern manufacturing principles (5S, SMED and continuous improvement) and communication skills.
